Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Unused.
- With tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Please contact us by email before sending the item back.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is processed, place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, without needing to provide any justification.
- Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This right applies in addition to our regular 30-day return policy.
